Hi, is there an update on this request? We need this metric to accurately capture agent's individual performance and how many offered chats they're not accepting. This is for their individual performance feedback. This already exists in Chat Classic. 

+1 is there an update on this? it is a critical reporting metrics that we use to assess our agent's individual performance and KPI's. This metric is readily available in Chat Widget Classis which offers a more comprehensive picture of agent's chat performance
