Unqualified reason only appears when status is set to declined. How about for leads we haven't contacted yet but were identified to be unqualified leads. How can we apply this to those leads without selecting the declined status?

Is there a way we can manage the subject line for Talk tickets based on the IVR prompts?

example:

Press 1 Inquiry
Press 2 Sales
Press 3 Support

Ticket Subject line as of now is default as Phone call from: "Customer contact number or their Name"

We would like it to be showing as.


Inquiry Call from
Sales Call from
Support Call from

We also encounter this same issues with Customers calling in and Talk not being able to recognize their phone numbers to associate it to the customer profile in Zendesk. Any news on how Talk can keep up with customer library? I'm thinking it still has to do with phone number format.
