I cannot find my ticket form id on Admin > Manage > Ticket Forms neither on https://streetvoice.zendesk.com/api/v2/ticket_forms.json

1. on Admin > Manage > Ticket Forms

the forms cannot be clicked, hence have no URL to refer.
