It's been over 5 years since this post... surely if it was rocket science you would have been done by now? H2 2022 has come and gone, Q1 2023 has come and gone, and we're nearing the end of Q2 2023...

If we add a new org with "Can view own tickets only", then we give a user "Can view tickets from user's org" access... Will that single user receive notifications of new tickets logged by others in...
