Has anyone else experienced that emails are not sending through Sell today? This is seriously disrupting our business.

I agree, Emily. It's rare that the changes the developers make is something useful to their paying customers. Frustrating! 

I noticed there has been yet another change to the user interface which is not helpful and hope they will fix it soon. The ability to see if someone has opened an email and also click onto a hyperlink in the email has disappeared. Additionally, I am no longer receiving notifications of when people view an email. These constant changes that never improve the user interface are very annoying.

No, that did not make any difference. There is still a huge amount of blank wasted space.

How's anybody else noticed the large amount of blank wasted space on the left side this morning (November 18, 2021)? It wasn't there yesterday. I am hoping this is just a glicth and the normal view will be restored soon.

If they did this purposely, it makes zero sense. It's just a huge blank area.

The Task Player was never a feature that I found to be of benefit. It used to be optional, but now it keeps popping up, consuming about 20% of my screen, which was very distracting. It takes 2 clicks to close this every time and consumes so much time. If I found the feature beneficial, that would be no problem, but it is not a needed tool, so therefore it being there has turned into an irritate all day long.

If you can make it so those who don't wish to use it can turn it off or disable it, that would make the whole Zen tool far more zen.

Can you make the Task Player optional like it used to be? It takes up at least 20% of the top of the screen and is not useful at all. It is very annoying to keep having to close it all day long. This 'upgrade' is a total 'downgrade'. Please, please remove the Task Player!!
