Christel Chappell any idea why this change was made and why was there no documentation? This has a major impact on our every day instance!

Thank you for the response @... is this something that Zendesk may be willing to make happen. It seems like it would benefit a lot of companies as it is a highly requested feature.  Thanks, Howie
