Is there a way to sync the status between Zendesk and Teams? My goal is for someone's status in Teams to show as busy or unavailable if they are on a Zendesk call.

Hello Lou. If I CC myself on an email that I send to Zendesk, then Zendesk removes me from the CC field. Does this work differently for you?
