virtually impossible to cancel account. If you go into account/billing/subscription, you end up in a loop right back here. This is the second year where we are attempting to cancel our account.

Cheeny, I have a new account. The priority field is not deactivated, however, I simply do not have it appearing in my tickets. I made a default SLA, and made the only rule of the SLA to apply to any ticket made after 12/10/2021. (rule making priority designation required)

on a new account, i dont show the priority field when I go to create a new ticket. I've seen demo videos and images that show the priority field in the left, it also shows in my system fields for a ticket. It is not deactivated, and I have an SLA setup with the simple rule that any new ticket created after 12/10 has that SLA assigned and that priority is mandatory. Any help?
