Currently if an internal comment is posted on a ticket by an agent the Updated Date visible to the customer is modified on the My Requests page in the customer portal.This is confusing the custom...

Display more than 10 columns in a view in Agent workspace

Once you add the basic system fields to make a view mean something there are not many spaces left to show custom fields, for which we have quite a few.
