+1 Surely it's not needed once all of the tasks are ticked off? Needs a removal option.

3. Remove dashboard updates once ticket is viewed

+1 - Have been using Zendesk for less than 24 hours and this needs to be implemented. Hard to keep track of what you've done and what you haven't with this view/list.
