Hey, thanks for reaching out, so this is the default behavior of the widget?Is there documentation of how to add the header and the back button?

Eric Nelson So it is not possible to add a Back or Close(x) button to close the widget?Right now the only way to close it is to scroll through all the conversation to the end and then it will close...

Hey, is it possible to add a header or a close button with the messaging SDK?My widget is working fine, but no header and no close button.

I had the same issue in the past, in my case the issue was that I've used the wrong channel key
