Jumping from a previous community post on Facebook Comments - unable to reply user's comments on posts, desired behavior is for ticket replies to run along the thread from a Facebook comment, as is the expectation provided when answering through Zendesk.

However, when viewing the reply on Facebook, the Agent replies are always appended to the main comment instead, and not along the thread following a reply on the main comment.

This leaves the impression that an answer is not given to a reply, which is not the case. It is just that the answer is placed elsewhere.
Would there be a current option for the Agent answer to follow the reply thread instead (following the red arrow), instead of following the main comment?

Bump on this suggestion. This may also help on the 2,000 steps limitation of the Messaging's flow builder. Looking forward to the rollout.
