General, yes, but we have 900 users and we regularly add new ones. So we would have to build 900 triggers and adjust them regularly. I hope there will be a better way for this soon

Wenn ein Kunde einen Benutzer in der Anrede direkt anspricht (Beispiel: Hallo Frau Müller), sollte es möglich sein, dass dem Benutzer das Ticket automatisch zugeordnet wird.
Als Gruppe sollte seine Standardgruppe hinterlegt sein und er als Mitarbeiter.
Es wäre notwendig, diese Funktion bei einzelnen Mitarbeitern zu aktivieren / deaktivieren.

It would be really helpful if the customer message could be displayed in a different color than the employee's message.
Also possible would be that the own messages are displayed on the right and the customer's on the left (similar to normal chats like WhatsApp).
