Hi Dave,
Thank you for your prompt response.
We are looking at using Zendesk Connector with Google Sheets. We’d like to export specific tags in our Zendesk tickets into a Google Sheets file. We’ve managed so far but the result is not pretty. Can you offer some advice?

Hello,

I have tried the chrome extension for dark mode as recommended and it really isn't very helpful. Could Zendesk work on changing the colour of the ticket toolbar? It's very difficult on the eyes, and I don't find it easy to identify the ticket I am currently working on when I have a few tickets open.
