My organization would like to move a section from one category to another. We are wondering if those users who are currently following the section will still receive the notifications if we move the section to a new category. Or do the users need to re-follow the section?

Post Feedback - Help Center (Guide)

Hi,

We are having an issue updating our Google search results for an article we just re-published. Currently Google displays our article in the search results, but the snippet displayed is from the old outdated article. Once clicked, the updated article displays, but we would like Google to display the current text in the search results.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Zendesk Community,

Our company utilizes multiple brands within Zendesk as different help sites for users of our software. However, we need to control which users can view which brands, as some content is only suitable for certain user personas. What would be the best method to facilitate this functionality?

Hi Zendesk Community,

I am looking for recommendations for video hosting services that are compatible with Zendesk but also utilize SSO and SAML. We are looking to embed video content in our articles that is private but doesn't require the user to separately login (to Vimeo or otherwise).

Any ideas?

Post Feedback - Help Center (Guide)

I have noticed a new behavior in Zendesk Guide. After editing and saving an article, it doesn't display in the "Manage Articles" section. As a result, I can't publish it. I only began really noticing this behavior after we enabled content blocks in many of our articles. Could that possibly be related?

Any thoughts on this, Zendesk Community? It has become quite frustrating to navigate.
