Max, you're right, it's working as expected now. I had set up the sharing agreement before enabling the Sandbox, and I had just assumed the sharing agreement would transfer. Thanks for the help =)

Ticket Sharing does not seem to be testable within a Sandbox environment. Are both organizations required to be using a Sandbox environment, or is not being able to share from a Sandbox an expected...
