3. Is there a way for a customer to solve their own ticket?

Why has Zendesk not allowed customers click a "Click me to close ticket" into the email body, customers dont want to go through the hassle of creating a zendesk account just to close a ticket

3. Hide customer satisfaction results from agents view

I would also agree with this, negative feedback can effect the mental well-being of agents. Ideally there should be an option to hide both or either.
