    I know its been noted that zendesk doesnt have the ability to copy your production system into sandbox, but is this even being considered?

    @wes - Thanks for that.I must have removed it  at the same time I turned off the community (because we don't use it at this stage)   Now to just re-add it to align with the formatting :)

    That looks like it restricts ticket fields, not user fields.

    Restricting user fields by Brand

    Im setting up a second brand and there a certain user fields on that will only be required under a particular brand.Does anyone have a way to do this?
