I have Guide locked down to users who are signed in via SSO. However, agents / light agents with "Viewer" permission do not have access to the Guide. How can I resolve this?

Is it possible to expand the size of the sidebar to better view the ticket field information? Is it possible to convert the ticket fields to an internal note, automatically?
