In the case of Korea, if three years have elapsed from the time of the customer's initial inquiry, the inquiry record should be deleted.
Currently, this feature does not support setting the duration from the time of ticket creation.
This seems to be a flaw, and I hope you can configure it so that the functionality can be added.

Can I get a share of the development schedule?
I wonder when it will be released.
We are very interested in this feature.
It's a must-have feature.
