*After some testing on Explore, I noticed that when using the data filter, only the first selection is taken into account, and not several.

We would like to know if it would be possible to set up an organization system at the administration level of the different branches. 

We would like something similar to what is already present, for example at the triggers' administration page level.

In the Top Selected Options report, I can see the number of times a quick answer was selected.

 

Limitation: there is no indication of the hierarchy of each answer. Thus, a quick answer that is in the middle of my flow is compared to a quick answer lower in my flow, while it is on the same branch.

Need: compare the options according to their place in the bot creator.


A first solution could be to filter the Content Text attributes to only display the options that we want to compare AND/OR create groups of attribute values.

We are working on different Bots (for different brands) and want to use the same name on the client side.

* In the Admin part, the name of the flow cannot be differentiated from the name visible to the client.

** Would it be possible to differentiate the name given internally and externally ?

For a better customer experience, we would like the display of articles in the flow builder to be done in the same window (and not be redirected to the support page).

Description: Ability for some SME Agents to have access to the Bot flow for reviewing... Roles today does not specific a separate access management to the bot flow

 

Allow Agents to review the flow when troubleshooting tickets, to understand why a customer ended up being transferred to an agent. Workaround: None apart from asking the admin to share a screenshot Additional Info: none
