Nate Moss created a post,
Hi all,
Hoping someone can help me here, I can't get a response from Zendesk on this for some reason.
Can someone tell me why I am getting the below error "Subdomain is not available". If I type other random words there, it works sometimes and then sometimes it doesn't. Trying to change it to either "Support" or "Learn". Both don't work.
Any insight you can give me is very appreciated!

We need to put our customer-facing help center behind a login. I want our users to be able to log into their account with us (Shelterluv, not Zendesk) and then be able to access the help center. So basically, if the user is already logged into their Shelterluv account, they can access the help center without issue. If not, when the navigate to the help center, they are brought our login page (not a Zendesk account login page). They then log into their Shelterluv account and can access the help center. How can we do this?
Thanks in Advance!

My main help center has the Advanced tab when editing a table in the article editor (first screenshot). The second help center does not have this tab (second screenshot). Why is it missing???

To anyone looking to get a list of all labels currently being used in your Help Center.
- Paste this link in your browser and replace "{subdomain}" with your actual subdomain. Also, make sure you are logged in to your ZD account when doing so. https://{subdomain}.zendesk.com/api/v2/help_center/articles/labels.json
- You should now have a screen with a ton of mushed-together data. This is a JSON file. Right-click anywhere and hit save as and download to your computer.
- Go to: https://www.convertcsv.com/json-to-csv.htm. Upload your file and download as CSV. Now you have an organized list of all current labels in your Help Center at that point in time.
Thank you Zendesk for making this so hard :)

Nate Moss created a post,
Our default Help Center link color is a gold color and I am trying to change it. I updated it to our brand's teal color as shown below. However, this change does not affect link color in current articles or new ones. Can anyone help me with this?
Thanks in advance!!
