Shawna James Is this functionality the result of something that just changed? Primarily with #2, that just started happening. Previously, we were able to bold hyperlinks in dynamic content and had no issues at all. I'm attaching screenshots showing what one of our responses with a bolded hyperlink would look like (hyperlink in-line), versus what it looks like now (hyperlink starting a new line).

I just noticed on 5/6 some issues with the way macro content is applied to a ticket.

 

My team uses Dynamic Content for our macros, and up until 5/6, we had no issues. However, we just started seeing the following issues on several macros:

  1. When a macro is applied to a ticket, an extra line break/paragraph space is added before the content of the macro
    1. So far this is only happening to a handful of macros, and it only affects some people
  2. When a macro with a bolded hyperlink is applied, the hyperlink will start on a new line.
    1. I verified with the dynamic content that the hyperlink is formatted correctly based on these rules - **[text](link)**
    2. Removing the ** fixes it, but we'd like to bold the link to help them stand out more. I'm not sure if this is a bug or what, because we've always bolded hyperlinks in dynamic content and never had this issue before.

We use dynamic content in our macros. When adding bullets and numbering formats to dynamic content, then sending that content to customers with the macros the dynamic content is in, the bullet and numbering format disappears. On the user's end, the response is just jumbled words.

Is it an issue with the way we are formatting the bullets and numbering, or is it something else?

Post Q&A - Reporting and analytics

In my Help Center, I have two articles with the same exact title and content that are in different categories of the Help Center. In Explore, I want to track the views of each of these articles to see how they differ, but in the report, only one of the articles appears. I'm not sure if the report combines the views of both articles since they have the same title or what. Is there a way to manipulate the report to make sure it shows both articles, even if they have the same name?
