I agree. Writers in our team are frustrated that the HTML blocks behaviour causes more work rather than enabling shortcuts.
Patrycja Walencik I read when using unlink on an HTML block it will “remove unsupported markdown”. What exactly does this mean? We use this option and then an iframe line displaying html content is removed which is not what we want.

Orsolya Forster That is now working for us. The multi-placement has appeared in the additional help centre.
When the article was published in 12 languages in help centre 1, but only 5 of those languages in help centre 2, we see a message that some translations are missing. I presume this is information that the article can't be published in all 12 languages, because we don't have sections in all those languages? In this case, this is expected behaviour as we only want the supported languages to be shown.

Hi Orsolya Forster Thank you for letting us know. Having tried again today I have 2 different results:
- The same article as reported does not work
- A new article (created today) has worked and multi-placement has saved correctly.
Could the age of the article have an impact here?

Hello,
In article editor, when clicking the + button to select the next placement option, once I have selected the Help Centre and the section and category I click Done.
Looking at the sidebar on the right, I click Create Placement and nothing happens. There is no other Save button. If I click the < arrow, I am asked if I am sure I want to leave the page with unsaved changes.
See my steps in the video linked below:

I don't know how to continue?
Thanks for your help and advice.
BR,
Daniel.

Hi, David Bjorgen
I have found that the browser's “Paste as plain text” works well to avoid undesirable formatting. I am not aware of a remove formatting option in the article editor's toolbar. This is the right-click menu, within article editor, in Edge (note there is also a keyboard shortcut):

Daniel Hoult created a post,
With the new image gallery being implemented to articles (June 2023) we now have visibility and access to re-use images. This should be a more efficient way of working. However, selecting "All Images" shows a little too much to be helpful. It is showing all images, across all Help Centres.
For our business this is currently 6 different products and growing. Our images are screenshots, so are specific to our products. Locating an image to re-use is currently impossible with the simple image filename search.
My suggestion is to add some filtering to the All lmages tab, and be able to select which Help Centre the images were uploaded to (at least). I suspect others may suggest additional filters. The more filters available, the easier it is to navigate long collections.
Best regards,
