Hi Kolten Kittleson,


Can we have status of this - option to allow a non-admin to configure settings within the Out of Office app
If we could delegate a team lead with the ability to set agents OOO, without giving them admin status, this would be a perfect approach. Please enhance the OOO functionality in Zendesk to allow for this behavior.

Has the discovery begun for non-admin to configure settings within the Out of Office app?

Is there any way to populate date field based on the other field value selection.

 

Example:

  • Test field with Aaa, B, C options
  • we also have 3 other fields Aaa date field , B date field, C date field.
  • So, when Test field option is sleceted as Aaa then Aaa date field should auto populate the selected date?
  • Same for the other 2 drop downs as well
     

    Kindly let me know the possibility

Hi Ahmed Zaid,

By using JSON we are trying to update the value.

organization field value is Direct and ticket field drop down tag is saves_direct.

We are having Direct field value for other field so we have added tag as saves_direct.

After your response we have also tried setting the organization field value as saves_direct and tested but it didn't work.

I need help with JSON to set the field value dynamically based on text field value.

This is the endpoint we are using   /api/v2/tickets/{ticket_id}

Am trying set the dropdown field value based the text field value on the organization.

We are not getting any error.
