We are on a legacy licence using bookmarks and hidden widgets too and in the same position as you Darren because we need to produce monthly reports for specific organisations in line with our contracts.
We are also getting the “You have reached the limit of 0 dashboard restrictions for your account error”.
Migrating an existing old book marked report appears ok and filtered on screen to one organisation, but publishing and scheduling the report produces it for all organisations. I can't get it to work if I create it from scratch either. This is currently unusable.
Surely this can't be right?

I would also welcome this functionality - if a field can be populated, surely there is standard reporting functionality to extract it?
We have a customer that we need to add their Group Support email as cc to all tickets they raise. Triggers only allow additions of Agent cc's, and Zendesk Explore has no standard capability to report on who is cc'd so I can create an Integrity report for an Agent to manually add the email.

As an Admin, I also need this. In addition to 'cleaning up' unused Dashboards, I can see some of my reports flagged as being used in Dashboards but they are not in any of mine.
