Oh yes, it would be much easier to collaborate if everyone could see the draft. We currently copy and paste on teams, which is very inefficient.

3. Coach agents while on a call

Is there any update as to when this feature will be prioritised? I miss having the ability to coach new agents on a call. It's something we had when using Ring Central.
