Hello,
As a Zendesk user, It would be awesome if I could have it set up where my Support account creates tickets with an ID like (Example) "IL-887348" instead of just numbers like "1029 or 102" (examples).
Is this possible?

Definitely understand where you are coming from. Except I would want it to update my customer that their profile was updated, not agents

Hi There,
As a Zendesk user, It would be awesome if I could Integrate Phone.com into my Zendesk account to create call tickets and voicemail tickets without having to do it manually.
Is this already planned or does Zendesk need to gather more feedback?
