Hi Aleksandar, 

Unfortunately, the default CSAT survey for Zendesk is only a good or bad rating. If you would like to rate it from 1 to 5, you may use a third-party app instead. You may want to check Zendesk Marketplace for this. 

Zendesk does not support these apps. For this reason, we can guarantee that it will do exactly what you are looking for, but I believe it is worth trying.

I believe that your concern is quite similar to Matthew's comment above. Unfortunately, this functionality is currently unavailable as Zendesk ticket IDs are strictly numerical

I would suggest posting this in the General Product Feedback topic [https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/topics/200132066-General-Product-Feedback-] to engage with other users who have similar needs and discuss possible workarounds. Conversations with a high level of engagement ultimately get flagged for product managers to review when they go through roadmap planning.

Hi Robert,

Thanks for posting. I’d like to know more about what’s happening — was this working okay before? Is the issue only happening when copying an image from Outlook? How about on Gmail? Also, have you tried pasting the image into several other applications?
