Can you please finally disable that admin center pages are loading and overriding currently open Zendesk pages and have them open in another tab? I'm trying to change some macro settings while replying to tickets and it simply overrides my tabs and I loose all unsaved changes on my tickets!

Regarding Spell-Check it is not related to a specific language, but simply will not change to the proposed, correct word when clicking on it. Even after several times nothing happens. 

Regarding the curser position (not sure how to capture the issue in a screenshot) this happens very sporadically and it seems that Zendesk might not be fast enough to recognize the new cursor location perhaps? For example I place my curser in the beginning of the text to type something, however right away jumps back to the location before and my text is then at the wrong location. I usually have to re-click the wanted location in order for it to stay so I can start typing my text.

There seems to be a few issues with this text space for public reply and internal comments.

We are unable to use right click spelling correction, which is very inconvenient and not user-friendly at all. This decreases efficiency in our daily work. 

Further there seems to be an issue when trying to place the cursor at a specific spot to start writing, it automatically resets back to the last position and will not stay at the new placement unless repeating the action several times. Thanks

Our workflow is many centered on the agent page, though during the day we have several updates to do in Admin Center and therefore have to move back and forth quite frequently. As keeping an eye on tickets stays in the forefront it would be best that this page stays put and accessible at all times and have the admin center simply open in a new tab, where we can move easily back and forth if admin changes are required.

For example while actioning tickets in multiple language we notice an outdated macro, several agents have to then access and change this macro in their respective languages as soon as possible. Once completed we go back to the agent page and take care of tickets again.

What happens after you suspend a user and then permanently delete user account, can the user then still reach out to us?

We appreciate the bulk delete function for end users, however how do you expect me to find the users I want to delete without a search field? So I have to go through 11025 pages, which list a total of 550729 users to find the 10 users I want to delete? Really?

The changes to the Admin Center are not user friendly at all. Everytime we need to change something in our macros/ticket forms/triggers etc. we lose access to our workspace and we are unable to work on both simultaneously. The toggle option from before (with the entire left sidebar visible) is much more efficient. It also won't let us duplicate a Zendesk tab to have both pages open at the same time.
