It's my assumption, but “おだしょー” should be spelled as “Oda Sho” in alphabet, and it seems a kind of nickname, for a name like “Shotaro Oda”.

When a voice call is made in Japanese, the wrong word “おだしょー” frequently (almost once in a sentence) appears in the call log, while neither the end user nor the agent says the word. I believe that it should be the problem on our produce side, could you please review this?
Here is the example of call log, and the problematic word is marked with the red frame.
