We have the same issue and it is a critical feature for our use-case. This bug is making us reconsidering using Zendesk for the future.

Hi,
We have an app using the Zendesk Unity SDK. In this app, we use the SDK to automatically create a ticket/request for the user.
Therefore, we have the request id and we would like to open the conversational view directly to this request. Is there a way to achieve this with the current SDK ?
