    Is there a way to make the incoming calls make sounds to know that there is a call coming in? Its seems really weird that the only way to know there is a call is to see it on the screen?

    Voicemail

    We are running some tests right now and have left 2 voicemail's. Neither is showing up as a ticket and we have not received an email about it. Am I missing something?
