It would be nice if the views could have a tree structure like the triaging in fields. Like the example here but with views instead.

It would be nice if the original ticket ID was shown in the sharing information of tickets. It would make it way simpler for support staff to identify the ticket.

@Zendesk Is there a plan in the roadmap to fix this problem to make it work with outlook? (Disregard this comment, I made it work with Outlook O365)

Please provide a solution to the 24-hour format thing. I agree with Jesper, this is a very basic functionality. In Denmark, we are basically not using the 12-hour format.
