    Unassigned tickets says "NaN"

    One of my engineer's have noticed it says "NaN" next to "Your unassigned tickets"   They have logged out and back in again and also cleared their cache.   Any pointers?

    Is it possible to turn off Guided Mode for out-of-hours work for example overtime? So they are using Guided Mode during scheduled hours but after that, they can have free reign?
