When clients try to leave us satisfaction feedback they are presented with a blank webpage. I tested it myself and received the same thing. I wondered why we never received any feedback. Please help.
Thank you. That is what I did last time but for some reason it was not working. When I checked today the emails were all correctly listed under that users name. Weird but glad its working now.

I deleted the ticket but its still drastically affecting our metrics. Is there any way to fix this?
Sorry but I dont follow. When I discovered this issue, how would I have found which ticket was causing this? I tried to search for tickets by that date but was unsuccessful.
