Shoot I missed this, I am looking for a way to create a query/report where it relates time spent with ticket tags vs ticket numbers. -Jared

I am trying to find a way to relate time tracking to ticket tags. This way we can match agent efficiency, IE Time spent on specific subjects/tags. Does anyone have a way to do that?

I am trying to do that also, instead of generic time but finding out actual values using the time tracking app.
