@Don custom mappings can be configured at your own risk but are not supported or guaranteed to work. Default mappings are the only ones supported by Zendesk.

@Nicole there isn't a way to connect JIRA issues to community posts. The JIRA integration only links to tickets. Sorry for the inconvenience.
@ricardo sorry I misunderstood, the same 1:1 rule applies. There can only be 1 Zendesk subdomain tied to 1 JIRA account. Multiple Zendesk accounts cannot be tied to the same JIRA instance.
@Emily thanks for pointing both of those out. The app does support JIRA 7. I will make sure the docs are corrected. You need to install the "JIRA OnPremise" app.
