this would be interesting.... even to have a inbuilt ticker or pop up in the agent screen so that when important events occur. the news can be pushed to staff.

Articles can be arranged alphabetically. Sections can be arranged alphabetically. Categories Cannot be arranged in any way other than manual.

adding my voice to this one. a desktop app linked to zendesk should be an easy way to trigger an external sound when an incoming call happens
