¿Cómo puedo supervisar los chat en vivo por mensajería si tengo una cuenta posterior a noviembre 2021 y no tengo habilitada la opción "VISITORS"?

1) Visibility by segment (even if the user is part of the segment)
2) If in Guide the option to require "Require Help Center Login" is activated.
I find both options very useful and it would be nice if they support automated suggestions.

Teniendo activada la mensajería la función de sugerencias de artículos automatizadas, que busca artículos pertinentes en el centro de ayuda en función de las entradas de texto libre de los clientes en el web widget no encuentra los artículos para sugerir si estos , o el Centro de ayuda, tienen restricciones de seguridad , como:
1) Visibilidad por segmento (aunque el usuario sea parte del segmento )
2) Si en Guide está activada la opción de requerir "Requerir Inicio de Sesión en el Centro de ayuda".
Considero que ambas opciones son muy útiles y sería bueno que sean compatibles con las sugerencias automatizadas.

¿Esta ruta sigue vigente?
- En el panel, seleccione Configuración > Widget.
No puedo encontrarla en el módulo Chat ni en el Centro de Administración.
