I disabled my Slack app because the flow stopped on Slack and immediately"enabled" it again, yet if keeps defaulting to "disabled" I cannot get it to stay in Enabled apps! Help!

Efficiency Resolution time
For the last two months, my "First and Full resolution time median" (both Feb and March) is showing over 96. hours! My previous months are 8 hours or less. Is this a bug?
