I have a situation where a person attempted to forward an email they received to our support email that routes to zendesk, however, that person's tickets have not been sending. If one of the potential emails in the forwarded thread is a suspended user, would this void the ticket being created when sent via email?

Is it possible to use the Answer bot across multiple brands? It seems via the Channels option you and differentiate bot usage.
