메시징 위젯 문의
메시징 기능의 위젯을 설정하였습니다. 젠데스크 헬프센터에서는 위젯에서 로그인을 하지 않아도 '내 대화'에서 여러개의 대화를 시도할 수 있는데요. 실제 기능을 설정하고 나니 동일하게 설정이 안되는데 어떤 설정이 필요한지 궁금합니다.

Section 페이지의 Follow 버튼을 누르면 보이는 드롭다운 내부 내용을 편집할 수 있는지 궁금합니다. 기본 헬퍼를 사용하면 새게시글 과 새게시글+댓글이 노출되는데 모든 아티클에 댓글을 허용하지 않을 계획이라 '새게시글+댓글' 기능이 필요 없을 것 같습니다.

Yes. The text editor for the article allows us the flexibility to make our articles via HTML and CSS but there is a big gap between edit view and saved view. Is there any plan to improve this feat...
