Good Day,
I'm trying to find the best ways to utilize the Group field. We've created various groups and would like to manually assign to a group as needed.
Also, can I make the group field visible within a Zendesk form (the default one, as we have a professional subscription)? I'm having a hard time finding the best way to do that.
I appreciate any help you can provide.
