Agree with all the above!! As relatively new ZD users sometimes our unfamiliarity with the system caused early mistakes that are now skewing our reports. This NEEDS to be an option!

3. Request for Enrich text on chat bot messages, like bold,underline, highlight or the possibility of including images, hyperlinks, videos etc for all suites

Mick O'Donnell, Product Manager stated it would be available in 2022. It is now June of 2022. Any update on this??? This is a NEEDED upgrade to the Chat bot capabilities!!
