Hi jason_huang 黃勇傑,
Thanks for posting your question here, I guess this is one of the right places to ask :)
May I please know how are you syncing tickets from Zendesk to Jira? Using Exalate here is one of the best ways to do it, as you can keep your tickets in sync and also sync reporter information so that you can trace the ticket!
It's a completely decentralized solution and it's very easy to make an integration up and running with Exalate, and you can do a lot of customizations (like syncing custom fields, syncing statuses, user fields, etc)
Do let me know if you need any help here!
Thanks, Dhiren

Hi Graham Ferguson,
Thanks for posting your question here!
Yes it makes a lot of sense to be able to sync fields like the issue key and place it in some custom field on Jira.
Apart from the solution provided by Jake Warren, I would also like to mention a completely decentralized solution Exalate

Hi Bryan Collins,
Thanks for posting your question!
I would like to propose a completely decentralized integration solution which is Exalate.
You can sync Zendesk tickets with SF cases bidirectionally anf even sync statuses and map them 1-to-1 between these 2 systems.
Can you specify your use-case and what exactly are you looking to sync so that I can help you better here?
Thanks, Dhiren

Dhiren Notani commented,
There are a couple of things you can try here:
1) Check the field configuration and ensure that the field that you want to select is available in the right screen (Issue create screen, edit screen)
2) Try to uninstall and reinstall the app.
3) If this also doesn't work, you may also look at Exalate which is a completely decentralized integration solution
Do let me know if you have any questions!
Thanks

Hi Suzan Kowalski,
I agree with you that this should be expected with an integration app like Zendesk - Jira Integration but unfortunately this isn't available yet.
If you want to sync Zendesk tickets to Jira Issues with attachments bi-directionally, I would recommend you to try an integration solution like Exalate.
Do let me know if you have any questions.
