Is there any way to manage who will receive notifications when a ticket is created? and somehow customize it to block notification for one of the admins?

I was wondering if there is a way to change the default support email. For example instead of support@"company name".zendesk.com, we would like to have our customized email address. Is that doable, is that consume a new agent seat?

We have a support team plan with one admin and 2 agents. Can we transfer license from admin to an agent? also can we add new agent to this plan? Thanks
