This feature & the ability to go back (up a step) within a flow should be top priority for the product team! Would solve the major pain points we have with Messaging.

This would be great! The legacy chat triggers that can fire off of messages don't offer a way to do this with trigger actions, and support triggers don't fire until the chat transcript is saved to the ticket, so we can't do real-time detection.

Our users also need to provide photos from job sites in a lot of support tickets, so we need this file type support in Messaging, especially since most of our users are also chatting in from an iOS device. It's inconvenient to our agents to create a separate ticket just to email in photos.
