We are integrating iOS messaging sdk and would like to avoid asking user for details like name and email. Is there a way to prefill those details using some api exposed in the messaging sdk?

Yes but in our case, if all the information is passed in the chatAPIConfig, greeting words stop coming and a blank chat gets opened. Is this an expected behaviour? if yes, is there any workaround so that a user starting a new chat is always greeted even if all the information is preset using chatAPIConfig?

In our case chat history is getting cleared once the chat ends either because of 15 mins timeout or if either party ends the chat. Is this the expected behaviour and if yes then how can I avoid this from happening? Will user authentication solve this?

Our goal is to make the complete chat history visible for the user.
