we need to diffrentiate between active and non active customers (when a customer leaves for instance).

Deleting the org is not a good solution

Hi Gabriel,

My end user has several organisations connected to him.

When opening a ticket using email, I want to have the right organisation in place, based on the title. For example: "Acme - help with MFA" will change the org name from the default org to "Acme".

Is there a way to user triggers or Automations for that?

Hi, Thank you for the article - it was super helpful.

I have an additional question:

I have 2 environments:

1. us-platform.example.com

2. platform.example.com

I want to refer our customers to a link in our platform, however I want the customers that connected using 

Platform.example.com to get to platform,example.com/help

AND us-platform.example.com to get to us-platform,example.com/help

Is there any way to do so?
